PICKUP or Delivery?

Pick-Up Info

The default for orders on this page is the customer picking up their order from the pickup location near Carr Park in Ames, IA. The exact address will be sent to you when the order is ready to be picked up.

Delivery

To have your order Delivered, add the “Delivery” item to your cart before checkout. Just click on the Delivery Truck logo and add it as an item to your order.

Deliveries can not be made on Sundays or Monday mornings.

Expect about 24 hours between ordering and Pickup time. You can always contact us for more info about current pickup times.

After you place an order with Elizabella, you will first receive an order confirmation email.

Your flowers will be freshly picked, arranged and brought to the pickup location in Ames, IA.

Then you will receive an Order Fulfillment email letting you know your order is ready for pickup. The address for the pickup spot will be given in that email.
